After updating Cursor on my Mac, Claude Code disappeared

The update just popped up, so I updated, but I can’t see Claude Code. I even deleted and reinstalled, but it’s still not showing up

Steps to Reproduce

When I launched Cursor Desktop, I saw an update, so I updated it.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, if you’re looking for it in the Activity Bar, it’s not there by default. The Claude Code icon is usually in the editor area at the top right.

Let me know if the icon isn’t there either.
