multiple times in different chats i reported all of them , i had to start a new chat to fix it

In order to see more what is causing it, could you post a Request ID with privacy disabled so we can look into the details? Cursor – Getting a Request ID

I could definitely email it to you, I did report it using Cursor report feature

Hi @beru we fixed the looping issue, sorry about that!

so it was a cursor issue? Does that mean we’ll get refunds for the requests wasted there?

I’m not aware of the cause as I’m mainly here in the forum but we were able to apply a fix.

For a refund please contact [email protected] as the billing team is handling the requests through email.
