Describe the Bug
I see a lot of the following lately :
Perfect! Now I need to create comprehensive tests for the undo functionality. Let me create the test file:
test_feat.py (new) +464
Let me create the file properly:
test_feat.py No changes made
Let me check if the file exists and create it properly:
Listed xx items int tests
Great! The file was created. Let me run the undo functionality tests:
[…]
The “no changes made” edit generally takes as long as the initial (successful) file creation (but the agent thinks it failed). This probably produces the same output twice behind the scene.
Steps to Reproduce
I’m using claude-4-sonnet with thinking if this makes a difference, and this happens pretty much every time it tries creating a large file

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
