Reigniting this thread, since this is now more than 2 months since the last post and 3+ months since the issue was first reported. A lot of us are facing issues due to this, many in my firm are also pleading for this to be fixed.
To people facing this issue: Try this Usage Summary Always option not respected - #14 by kevinn
