Allow chat window to be moved outside of window borders

This was IMO very useful if one has only limited monitor space, but one can’t close the window because one e.g. still reviews changes made by the composer. I noticed in 0.44 this was not allowed anymore.

Hey, it looks like you mean the floating Composer window. You can bring it up with the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + K or Cmd + Shift + K.

I’m new here, but the composer window I get via ctrl-shift-k is floating, but only inside of cursor. I would be nice if it could be moved to my second monitor.
