Design Mode worked perfectly,
CTRL + L - Sent selected object + comments to the chat window input box
CTRL + Enter - Sent that directly to Agent
Design mode retain what i was writing between screens and actions, even if i changed screens what i worte was keeped or sent to the chat box to save it.
Now Design Mode its gone and was replaced by “Annotations”
i can’t replicate none of the above plus i started using the batch edit, write 7 modifications, change the screen and the batch list was gone!!!
Annotations seems to have some interesting funtionalities, keeping what it worked in Design Mode will make it better, not worse
Annotations replaced Design Mode in the latest update, and a few shortcuts changed on purpose:
Return now does what Ctrl+Enter used to. With the “Send Now” switch on (the default), Return sends the note straight to the agent.
With “Send Now” off (batch edits), Return adds the note to the batch, and the Send pill sends them all together.
Ctrl+L now adds the note to the batch, the same as Return, instead of putting it in the chat box.
A note you are still typing when the page changes gets moved into the chat box so it isn’t lost.
About your 7 batched notes: batched notes stay attached to the page (URL) you wrote them on. When the browser tab moves to a different page, those notes are hidden, not deleted, and they come back when the tab returns to that same page. Could you try this?
Open the page where you wrote the 7 notes, in the same browser tab, with the same URL (including anything after “?”).
Check whether the notes and the batch count come back.
This update is very annoying i must say.
They brought finally the element inspect that they removed.
But the function is much worse then it was.
They go forward and backward.
Before we could add all the inspected tags in one chat. No matter what page we are on.
Now the batch is focused only on the page. if I want to have allot of updates on different pages then i have to send go to another page send etc..
another problem when i want to undo a chat but use that chat to still add the inspected i can’t do that anymore. i had the option before where i did CTRL + L then i copy paste the text on the undo field. now that is no more an option…
also when i select a chat that cursor agent send me and then i add to chat i cant add the inspect taht we now have because this send and doesn’t give me the inspect tag like we had.
I hope you understand everything i mean. but this change made allot of function lost for me
other question could we not have anymore a chat waiting to send after finishing the task of the agent if we don’t wanna steer enything.
