Describe the Bug
When coding in Ask mode, the Apply button does not appear, making it impossible to apply changes.
Sometimes it helps to explicitly specify that the AI is operating within Cursor IDE and must return code blocks in a specific format — but even that is inconsistent now.
I created a custom rule to enforce this, and also provided the exact file using @filename, as usual — still ignored.
This started after updating from v0.45.8 to v1.0.0 (which was forced, because Cursor stopped working otherwise).
And honestly — this feature was the main reason i used Cursor in the first place. Now i am forced to use Agent mode, and i hate it.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a file and enter Ask mode
Provide a prompt referencing a specific file (e.g., using @filename)
Observe that no Apply button is shown after response
Expected Behavior
Apply button should appear when code suggestions are returned in Ask mode
