Are the email addresses published by Cursor not manually processed?

I contacted all the email addresses disclosed by cursor, and all of them were AI replies. Does cursor not have the ability to hire a human customer service representative?

When you email [email protected], try explicitly mentioning in the subject or body that you’d like a human review of your issue. It may take a few replies, but your thread will be assigned to a human support agent from there if the issue is well written.

As far as I can see, I have sent emails several times, all of which are AI assistants!
