Just wondering how long it usually takes for the Cursor team to respond?

I’ve been waiting 15 days and still nothing. Is this normal? Tried everything—emails, support forms, even tagged them online—but no luck. Does anyone know if posting here actually reaches the team? I love using Cursor (even paid for a subscription), but it’s wild that there’s zero customer support. Anyone else deal with this? Any tips?

Well, I couldn’t tell you, I imagine it depends on the context of the message, but one thing I’m sure of is that they are very fast and efficient at deleting posts.
