Does anyone have the feeling that cursor support is anywhere near their customers?
The forum is overloaded with unhappy users and bugs are everywhere, but no sight of any dedicated support anywhere. If I was investigating this new product I would never choose cursor based on what I read here and see on their website / docs etc. It lacks all facets of professional approach
It’s still in beta stage…
I’ve been emailing them for two weeks and nary a peep.

Cursor folks and devs do respond often . I would say, give Cursor software a try . They offer generous trail period. Also, post your issue if you facing one with Cursor and hopefully someone from Cursor or community memeber will respond.
It is not as bad as it appears tbh

Following up: I’ve been getting help from a Cursor engineer over on Github. Thanks to them, we just shipped a long-desired upgrade on nixpkgs.
