Background Agents don't appear to be functional or working at all

Describe the Bug

Though I can link Github to Cursor, through Cursor IDE or Slack, I get a failure response on the Cursor website (unable to create agent), and through Slack, “You don’t seem to have access to User/repo.git. Authorize the Cursor GitHub app on the repo.”, though I have repeatedly authorized Cursor GitHub app.

Steps to Reproduce

configure a repository in cursor, confirm access is granted. Add Cursor to Slack (success) or visit Cursor on the web and select Agent. Add a prompt on the web, or send a message in slack. There is a response in slack in the form of emoji, and the error about access to the repo

Expected Behavior

I expect an agent to be created via the web interface and the task to begin, or the same via Slack.
