Billing issue even though cursor charged me

Hi. So I bought Cursor Pro on the 9th/10th of September 2024. I paid 192 USD, and I can confirm I’ve been charged.

However, recently whenever I launch my IDE, there’s a “billing error” in red on the lower left-hand corner of my IDE. Again, please refer to the attached image.

When I check my account on the cursor, my account tab says I have a pro trial that’s ending in 14 days, even though I just bought a year of cursor pro roughly 1 month ago.

I really like Cursor, so I’d like to continue using it. I contacted support through email, but haven’t heard back from them yet.

If any staff member sees this, would you be kind enough to look into this issue for me? I really appreciate your help, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Same issue here. Everything seems to work fine though regardless. I have paid for the 1 year subscription, “Paid” in Stripe and so on, but still says Billing Issue almost every time I open Cursor. I think you can safely ignore it.
