I switched from the free version to Pro on September 20. Payment is by credit card. I have also paid, but it appears that I am still on the free version. What should I do?

Try signing out of your Cursor account and signing back in. Make sure you’re using the correct email address:

I click “Open again” and get the same message.
If you repeat this several times, the page will open, but as you work on it, it will freeze and you will get the same message again.
Selecting “Close” closes the editor, and selecting “Continue Waiting” puts you in the same state as “Open again.
Try reinstalling Cursor by following these instructions.

It has not been resolved after all. No matter what I did, I could not solve the problem. I didn’t have the same interface as you, so there was no way to follow the steps. I saw other people on the forum with the same phenomenon.
I also deleted my account and card information, but for some reason the billing is still going on.
I have emailed the cursor address asking for a refund but they continue to ignore me.
