Purchased pro but don't see it?

I recently became a cursor user and reached the limit of the free plan after using the editor after several weeks. My editor notified me telling me I reached my limit with the following popup:

After receiving this popup, I decided to try and purchase the pro plan. After I purchased the plan, I noticed my account settings page still had my limit at being 50 requests for ‘premium models’ (even though I had just purchased pro). I thought that maybe my payment didn’t go through properly so I tried to purchase pro again, and the same thing happened – it appears like I didn’t receive any of the pro benefits on my settings page at all. It also still prompts me to ‘Upgrade to Pro’ on my settings page even though I purchased pro twice.

I just checked my bank statements and see that I was charged the pro price twice!

When trying to use cursor after purchasing pro twice, I’m prompted with the exact same popup seen above – which suggests it would go away after purchasing pro.

Can someone please take a look at my account / associated payments, and potentially offer me a refund? This is honestly a pretty frustrating experience.

Hey! Just went and took a look. Our payment processor (Stripe) has both of our attempted payments marked as “Processing: The customer’s bank is processing this payment,” so you weren’t yet marked as pro. Will forward to Stripe.

Gave you 4 months of Pro in the meantime for the trouble. Could you verify that you see the pro status on your end now?

Thanks for the quick reply. I just checked my account and I do see the pro status now. I will definitely keep an eye on the transactions on my end to see if they end up getting denied for some reason (which would be bizarre). Thanks so much for helping me out.
