In the billing section, you used to have the fast requests number, but you removed it. Instead, you just show when the last request was made. We were using those statistics to coach developers on how best to use the software.

What do you mean? I still see it in mine, and how can you use that to coach developers? Maybe I miss understood.
It looks like you are on the individual plan. We are on the business plan. It shows the developers that are in my org. Previously, it would show the usage requests next to each developer, but they recently changed it to show last used instead.
In terms of coaching, the usage statistics give us an understanding of who is using the fast requests and who is not. For those who are not or who are underutilizing it, we can coach them to use it better.
