To explain my issue: I started a Pro account with the 14-day free trial. Nothing seemed to be working, so I clicked Start Pro, thinking that this needed to be clicked before actually starting that trial. It charged my account, eliminating my 14-day trial.

hi @condor can you help me, I have the same issue. I had an expired Cursor subscription (not renewed for about one month).
I did not actively use Cursor during that period.
On 17 December 2025, I renewed my subscription.
My credit card was charged successfully at 17:43:26 (GMT+3 / Istanbul time).
After the payment, I restarted Cursor and checked. The account is still shown as the Free plan.
I have the same problem. I payed what’s due and the pro plan but cursor still shows that I have to upgrade ? Did they solve your problem ?
