I am currently facing same issue. I was initially on the free pro plan, after it expired cursor tried charging my card but due to insufficient funds it failed.
i loaded my card and went on cursor to make payment which was successful but my status is still on the free plan. I have logged out and logged in countless times. I have sent an email to [email protected] but there is not reply. Im working on a project and really need cursor to complete the work asap. Can anyone help.

I have the same issue, in my Visa card : they charged me automatically after adding fund but there is no invoce stripe so i am still in free plan. @condor can you help me please ?
@condor Please check my account. I receive a dm that i my issue is fixed while it is not i still see the free plan even though i loged out and logged in mulitple times.
I’m having the same issue — I paid for Cursor Ultra today (Invoice IOVFZMV1-0007, $200, issued Nov 4, 2025), but my account still shows as being on the free plan.
I’ve already emailed [email protected], but haven’t received a response yet.
@condor , I received an email saying that they fixed my issued. But it still shows in the dashboard that i am in Free Tier… even if i loggeg in and out several times… just as @Hazrat_Ali also did..
