Bug upon update: cannot rename "tools"

When clicking Update Cursor (on Windows 10 and in version 0.45.15 from fresh reinstall) the update starts but then I get There was an error while renaming “tools” (see screenshot). After this the update is interrupted and Cursor doesn’t start anymore.
