Do you have some blocker/firewall active on your machine that may prevent bot checks on the site?
You can right click on the authenticator site and open the Inspect feature that opens Developer Tools, there you have a Network tab and Console. If you reload the tab you should see what network requests fail and if there are console errors.
Thank you for the screenshot. Could you try also the Network tab in Developer Tools and hard reload the page and share errors there. (Click for 3 seconds on the reload button and you will see hard reload option)
Console errors were not conclusive but I also do not see that you tried to login yet. Please login and check for errors.
Thank you, as you see from the screenshots the requests to challenge.cloudlare.com do not succeed as they are ‘pending’ so something is blocking the bot detection. Could be a firewall, ad blocker, DNS issue or others.
Cloudflare challenge is required to stop bots from abusing the system. You will be able to login once you resolve the issue with connecting to that server.
I’m unable to change the bot challenge mechanism, and unfortunately, we can’t see if something on your system is causing this issue. We also haven’t seen other users report this as a widespread problem.
Some things to try:
Disable any ad blockers, browser extensions, or firewalls that might interrupt the challenge.
Make sure your computer’s clock is set correctly - this has resolved the issue for some users.
Test logging in from a different internet connection.
If you use a VPN, try disabling it (or enable one if you aren’t using one).
Something in your environment is almost certainly interfering with the bot challenge request. If these steps don’t work or you have more details, please share them here for further troubleshooting.
