I accidentally subscribed to the 1-year plan and immediately cancelled it. However, I noticed that the cancellation will only take effect after the full year. Since this was an unintended purchase and I cancelled right away, would it be possible to cancel my subscription immediately and process a refund?
I have dropped an email to [email protected] regarding this misclicked subscription early this morning, but so far no response yet. Please can someone help process my request?
Did you manage to cancel the subscription? If so, what was the process, and as a rule of thumb, what was the timeline like? I’m in the same situation, and I’ve already emailed [email protected] and [email protected], with the only response from the former being the AI assistant ‘forwarding the refund request for review by a teammate’, and no response from the latter.
I’m in the UK, and cancelled on the same day too. From Cursor’s website/terms of service, it says that I’m entitled to a full refund as it is within 14 days of purchase.
To clarify, I have sent an email to [email protected], and have also called the phone number I found when I looked at my billing information in Stripe. When I called, I got a message that said that the offices were closed. I left a voice mail, but I would really like to get some kind of confirmation. Can somebody from Cursor please let me know what to do? This is an urgent issue. Thanks!
