Cancellation request due to slowness

I have been a pro member for 1 year. (I’ve only used it for 1 week now) I am thinking of cancelling due to the slowness. How do I cancel and how can I get a refund?

Login here and click on “Manage Subscription”. Your cancellation date should be at the top of the page. Refunds can take a couple of days to show up in your bank account.
