How Long Should I Wait for a Refund Update

Hi everyone,

I received a reply from Cursor support indicating that my subscription details needed some additional attention and that a teammate would be in touch regarding my refund. However, it’s been two days with no further update.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How long do you typically wait for an update on refund requests before taking further action?

Any insights would be appreciated!

I think refund is processed by around 10 days.
