Where is my refund? CMD+K didn't work so I wasn't able to use Cursor for the majority of the time I had a subscription (because CMD+K didn't work, an error you acknowledge in your own docs)

I wasn’t able to use Cursor for the majority of the time I had a subscription (because CMD+K didn’t work, an error you acknowledge in your own docs). I have already canceled the subscription.

But where is my refund? You can clearly see in my usage pattern that I was unable to use Cursor.
