im a paying user but still dont work becuase ive used my fast responses i think.
im not using 3.5 anymore. if its not fixed by tomorrow i will try another platform
does downgrading solve the “We’re having trouble connecting to anthropic. This might be temporary - please try again in a moment.”
Or is that due to increase in demand? I miss old cursor. Now it feels like Im on slow requests, even if I start a new chat and say nothing besides hi.
you can download older client from the cursor downloads page. But it didnt help me. My issues still occurring for some reason.

There seems to be problems on the claude side. I tried to connect through the official api, but I get similar errors.
My fast requests were almost exhausted by this question.

The issue is getting worse day by day. It stops In the middle of the change when we retry, It tries to scan a code base and then it stops again. Also, the fast quota is getting finished super fast for this issue.
I cannot do anything as of now without getting this error… Not a single query works first time.

same boat, and the status page says no issues. I get 3 generations at tops, and can’t do anything else, even switching to other claude models. I dare not switch to OpenAI again, as the results were just garbage, and I don’t need it mangling the project.
