Describe the Bug
if i close all open files without accepting or rejecting agent files, the accept/reject hover buttons disappear and appear again after opening files but are not clickable, also in the chat window the accept and reject buttons stop working, happens always
Steps to Reproduce
make agent changes, do not accept or reject, close all opened files
