Can't log in anymore

I did find as similar issue but it was for about a month ago…

If it helps at all, I did get rid of old sessions and then started receiving this error in the screenshot. This error will not go away on the web interface.

I have been using the application for several weeks not, and all of a sudden today, I can’t log in. I upgraded thinking that it might help but I’m just getting the same thing. I click Log In and then it opens the web like normal. I log in and it says that I can use the app, like normal. But then the app isn’t logged in. If I click skip and continue, it looks like it might work like normal, but get stuck on the “Data Sharing” screen and I can’t continue past that.

Well, after logging out of the web interface and then back in…I can see the sessions again. But I still can’t log into the local app.

And…now it’s working

Hi @jkelepolo, I just had similar issue: could not login back to the web session. Then used my username instead of email, with password, and it now works… No idea what is the exact reason though, I’m just collecting experience
