Can't paste, or right click into AI chat or composer, can't add to chat

I can type in chat but highlighting code in the file and clicking “add to chat” does nothing, ctrl v does nothing, I can’t even right click to paste.

This was working fine a few days ago. A windows update happened, maybe that affected it.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the app, restarting my computer.

I did notice some odd thing where I couldn’t paste on a page in chrome too, but I was able to right click and paste there. So it might be my computer and not cursor.

I will update to windows 11 tomorrow and hope that fixes it. Not sure what to try
