Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
Can’t use the market place due to toomany project used with cursor : the button is not clickable see following screenshot.
Steps to Reproduce
haviing a lot of project refered in cursor go to agent view → market place → choose a plugin → add → blocked because button is out of frame
