Chat with mcp: looping and can't specify time y-m-d

Describe the Bug

I tried specifying the time parameter in y-m-d format, but it failed. cursor only uses year.
This leads to an infinite loop when calling MCP.

Steps to Reproduce

Just specify the time when calling mcp

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

hi @thecoma welcome to Cursor Forum.

Please specify which MCP you use and which model. It may be a limitation of MCP what format it accepts.

Hi, request ID: 94e4ccc1-8c8a-4c9f-aba1-2b041e54c03a.
Agent only allow for 3 models: claude-4-sonnet, genmini-2.5-pro, gpt-4.o.
However, at this point everything is fine. I didn’t make any changes to the code or cursor configuration.

Could you share which MCP you use?

It is MCP local, transport=“sse”, using FastMCP.
The purpose of calling API is to get internal information
