Claude-4 is missing in model setting

Describe the Bug

All of a sudden, some models like calude-4 and gemini are missing?

Steps to Reproduce

Under Models-Cursor Settings, some models are no longer provided.

Expected Behavior

I just upgrated to Cursor Pro Plus, but now the models that were previously usable can’t be used anymore. What is going on? How can I fix it? Not refunded?

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.2.4 (system setup)
VSCode Version: 1.99.3

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hey, it seems you have an API key enabled. Try disabling it to refresh the model list, and also restart Cursor. If that doesn’t help, try adding the model manually.

Apologies for the delayed reply. The method mentioned above doesn’t seem to work—it appears to be more of a regional policy issue.

There is no apikey enabled in my Settings

I try to uninstall and reinstall, but nothing improved

it seems not improved even i enabled proxy

Nothing we can do, it might be an account issue, try something else then.

I changed the proxy node and then logout and re login the cursor. The model list was refreshed. Hope it can be helpful to you
