I’ve getting this message for almost one hour; it’s crazy - you guys just got some big $$ investment; why don’t you improve this??

absolutely right — receiving a prompt like this as a paying user can result in a very poor user experience.

I have also received the same message and am currently unable to use the service normally. I waited for over 20 minutes but received nothing in return. Resubmitting only leads to the same endless waiting loop. I am a Pro user.

저도 같은 메시지를 받았습니다. 저는 프로 사용자입니다. 어떻게 해결하나요?

Since hours i get the same message. i pay and cant use this tool

I thought I was the only one, but it turns out you guys are the same. I’ve been waiting for a long time, and this has disappointed me

It’s very slow today, it takes more than 3-4 minutes to generate a reply.

i cant do anything, it says Claude Slow Pool is under heavy load or Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN

HOW?!?!?

I would literally like to share my frustration over the product as a paying user. I CAN’T use the Auto mode, because of something or someone eats up all the slow quota. You are forcing users to turn on the pay-as-you-go model or the product is a brick.

STOP sharing your quota for free unless you are able to handle your paid users requests first. Your existing clients must be a priority.

Then share it with students.

I have switched to Cursor after 6 years of VSCode because if became slow and unresponsive in terms of AI tools. If there there is other product that will treat their paid users first - I will swithc to that product from Cursor.

same here , what should we do ?

Just to clarify. It is NOT SLOW. It DOES NOT response at all. So you are 100% blocked from ANY requests unless you pay extra. So NO REQUESTS work except for they pay-extra ones.

Exactly, this has been happening a lot. I’m pretty sure it’s not high traffic, since I have two different internet addresses and when I change them it starts working again, which smells like a limitation to prevent constant use.

Terrible, they charge a lot and offer the worst service, I’m literally thinking about canceling. It’s clearly not a bug, it’s a limitation placed on the new versions.
