When trying to start a cloud agent, it hang with this message. Is there any way to halt the blocking agent?

Steps to Reproduce

Start any cloud agent with my current environment.json

Agent starts

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known server-side issue affecting Cloud Agents. The team is actively investigating.

Workaround: local agents and worktrees should work normally while the fix is in progress. You can use those for now.
