Cmd+enter doesn't work in Glass

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Somewhere else…

Describe the Bug

In Cursor Glass, I’ve got the setting for cmd+enter to submit turned on, but messages just send with Enter anyway.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Cursor Glass
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Turn on “Submit with Cmd + enter” option
  4. Try to go to new line by just pressing enter

Expected Behavior

If I have the option turned on, pressing Enter should go to next line, and pressing cmd+enter should submit the message. Allowing me to format my message more easily.

Operating System

MacOS

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue in Glass. The Submit with Cmd+Enter setting isn’t working as expected yet, and the team is aware.

As a workaround, try using Shift+Enter to go to a new line. This is already supported in Glass.

Let me know if that helps.

Hey @winbarua!

The Cmd+Enter issue in Glass has been addressed in a recent Cursor update. Updating to the latest version should resolve this.
