Hey, you can find a ton of information around this on our website (cursor.com, head for the footer at the bottom for the right links), but to summarise:
Any and all code you write within Cursor is owned by you, and is free for you to use however you see fit. We never store your entire codebase, and the only time we may store any of your code is if you have privacy mode disabled, but this is only done for us to try to improve the product, and we never sell it off to any 3rd parties.
The only exception here is that, with privacy mode turned off, the provider of the LLM you choose (e.g. Antrhopic if you use the Claude model) may also store information on the prompt to help them improve their systems too, but with privacy mode turned on, this does not happen.
