Completion sound plays even when setting set to off

i have the “completion sound” setting “off”. after updating to this version below, i hear the sound regardless of the setting.

Steps to Reproduce

update to the latest version and hear the sound.

Expected Behavior

yes sound when setting is true.
no sound when setting is false.
