Composer refuses to edit files

Hey, see my comment here regarding Composer’s file edit limitations:

Composer - SO FRUSTRATING when it stops writing into the file

Which model are you both using? It would be interesting to know if there’s one model that routinely fails to output in the correct format. Also, are sure you are @ing the file(s) you want editing, as the Composer can only make changes in files that you explicitly tag (besides creating new files, which it can always do when needed)
