Please try these steps:
- Change the default terminal:
- Settings
Ctrl+,> search forterminal.integrated.defaultProfile.windows - Switch it to “Git Bash” or “Command Prompt” (not PowerShell)
- Restart Cursor
- Disable HTTP/2:
- Settings > search for “HTTP/2” > enable “Disable HTTP/2”
- Restart Cursor
- If the issue still happens, run Network Diagnostics:
- Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics
- Send a screenshot of the results
