Could you grab a request ID for me?
You can do this by opening the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P), typing “Report AI Action”, selecting any recent action, and copying the ID that appears
request id:73bfb08e-c7ae-4c53-a2ac-5e546a40cf7e
error information:
If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN

@liyd I cannot see your request ID on our servers, which suggests you have a network connection issue blocking Cursor’s access to it’s servers. Can you try a different network to see if things start to work, and also run the Developer: Toggle Developer Tools
command and look for any errors there.
@SinLi It looks like your connection error is due to a HTTP/2 issue. We have some improvements to this coming soon to better support people using VPNs and corporate networks, but for now, as long as you are on v0.46.x, try to reset the Disable HTTP2
setting and enable the Enable HTTP2 Proxy Workaround
setting.
Thank you very much for your reply, by running the Developer: Toggle Developer Tools
command, I have observed that my proxy has an issue of being inaccessible. After deleting it, it can now use normally
