Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Terminal windows keep opening with “C:\Program Files\dotnet\dotnet.exe” in the title bar of the window and the word “test” in the output. The windows close themselves after about 5 seconds. Then it happens every so often. Opening on top of everything and stealing the input ‘focus’. I do not have any .NET extensions installed.

Steps to Reproduce

Start the Cursor IDE.

Expected Behavior

I don’t expect to see, or be interrupted by, terminal windows opened by Cursor.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

It is possible that a recent minor patch has fixed this issue. I consider this issue resolved.
