Copy/Paste into Chat and Composer Is Broken

Out of interest, does this only happen if the content you are pasting in has spaces or non-alphanumeric text at the start of the lines?

I have experienced this behaviour for a while:

Yes, I have noticed this behaviour. It happens with most characters that are not ‘normal letters’. If the line does not start with a normal letter, then it does not paste. If you paste in another text editor, remove those characters, and then copy and paste again, it works. You might want to re-categorise this topic as a Bug Report, as I think it is a bug.
