I installed the latest version and now the app is broken. I’ve already tried reinstalling it several times.

Zorin OS
Intel core i7 + 32GB RAM

Steps to Reproduce

just open cursor

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

latest version in site now 28/11

Hey, thanks for the report. The issue might be related to an extension.

Please check:

• Run from terminal: cursor --disable-extensions (let me know if it still crashes)
• If it crashes, attach logs: Help > Open Logs Folder > main.log
• Exact versions: Help > About (Cursor version, VSCode/Electron) and Zorin OS version
• Run from terminal with just cursor and send the output until it crashes
• Steps to reproduce (if it’s more than just “open it”)
