I am down, unable to connect to backend VM, retry and reset failed. This appears to be after an update. Can someone nudge the backend vm ofr my bot. 0.29.0 MacOS

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure as it happened but unable to connect from ios or macos

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

reset is now in progress. seems to be hung at 50% on starting Grok Bot’s computer.

Hey, thanks for the report. I can see your reset has started and is stuck at 50% Starting Grok Bot’s computer.

Your bot ended up in a bad state on our side. It isn’t related to your setup or an update. Because of that, retry and reset looked like they failed. Your bot and its data are not lost.

Please give the current reset a bit more time. Sometimes the Starting step at 50% takes a few minutes. If it still doesn’t move or it fails again with an error, reply here.

We’re tracking this issue, but I can’t share an exact ETA yet. Let me know how the reset goes.
