[Cursor 2.0.34] Resizing sidebars nearly impossible

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Something happened, and the left and right (chat and file tree, etc.) panels have a teeny tiny target. I have to hover over just the right pixel in order to resize.

Steps to Reproduce

Hover over the drag handle of any sidebar (horizontal or vertical) and notice that the drag area is tiny.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

To add some more context, this affects subdraggers too (like the ones in the Git pane with the new Agent Review section)
