Describe the Bug
When in the agents window do you want to grab the scroll bar to Scroll down a long way because you have a slow scroll wheel as soon as you approach the scroll bar and get too close the mouse pointer changes into a grab the divider mode and you cannot actually grab the scroll bar to change the scroll position you can only change the window pane width
