Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

The /compress CLI commands does not behave as expected. It’s been running for 20+ minutes and seems to be stuck, I already experienced this in the last couple of days.

Steps to Reproduce

Start CLI, prompt a task, then go to plan mode, then apply said plan, then /compress.

Expected Behavior

The /compress should work flawlessly, and not take.. 5+ minutes to do what it’s mean to do.

Operating System

Windows 10/11

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Sorry to hear about that. Do you have a Request ID you can share? We shipped some fixes this morning to address long stalls in summarization for certain models.

also, an ambassador from the discord told me my cli version could have been out of date..

but even after using the command :

curl Cursor CLI · Cursor -fsS | bash

it doesn’t seems to get a new version :
