Cursor dumps parts of dialogs from previous requests

Describe the Bug

When I ask something, AI agent returns pieces of an old dialog which are unrelated to the current request.

Steps to Reproduce

NA. This happens once per 1-2 weeks

Expected Behavior

AI agent should not dump unrelated responses.

This is long standing issue. I believe starting from 2.3.x up to 3.2.0 pre 22

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Probably related. But I am not sure.
When I use Jira MCP the agent repeats the same output many many times: more than 5 times in this case.

Another glitch with MCP Jira:
