Cursor IDE doesnt recognize that i ve paid the subscription

Dear Cursor Support,

My name is chihab-eddine and I am a user of the Cursor software editor.

I recently paid for the subscription to use ChatGPT4, but the software editor is still asking me to upgrade.

I have tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the software editor, but the problem persists.

I would be grateful if you could help me resolve this issue.

Could you make sure you’re logged in with the account that you bought pro on? I.e. if you log out and log in in the editor, do you see that you have pro if you go to Cursor - The AI-first Code Editor?

I’m having the same issue as chihab. When entering a new message, I get a popup that says “You’ve used up your 50 free claude-3.5 sonnet requests.”, then it suggests that I upgrade to Cursor Pro. I’m already a Pro user. My subscription is active.

I’ve logged out and logged in again, and I still get the error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Same with me. I’ve replied to another post here, sent an email to the team… 7 days no response. I paid for PRO yearly and literally am getting nothing for $192!!! You need to hire more support staff if you can’t keep up with PAYING CUSTOMERS,
