My Subscription payment does not apply to my account and IDE

I paid for subscription for a month and it does not reflect on my account on Settings | Cursor - The AI Code Editor and on the IDE.

Please, I need help on this

Hey! I have the same problem. I did paid for the PRO subscription, it charged my credit card (I verified it) but my account still shows as in trial. :frowning:

I’m facing the same issue.

My credit card was charged, the payment was debited, but nothing appears on my Cursor account or even in my Stripe billing history linked to Cursor. It’s really frustrating to pay and not have access, with no transparency or confirmation on either side.

Hope they fix this soon
