What is the trick to get Cursor’s update feature to work on Ubuntu Linux? The overall initial install was a shitshow. Now I cannot get it to update when the app prompts for a new update. I cannot script an update script for prerelease versions as those links seems to be well hidden.
move the appimage file to ur user home directory. DO NOT store it in a directory where u need sudo to write to. After u moved it ur home diretory, just check for updates inside the app and its gonna work.
