Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
Cusror IDE is ‘removing’ itself. I installed the cursor on September 1st for 64-bit.- CursorUserSetup-x64-1.5.9.
This has happened twice in the last six months.
Steps to Reproduce
This can’t be reproduced as it is some behaviour happening when the computer is restarted. I was working at night and then shut down my computer; the next day, when I restarted my computer, it was gone.
